錦得麗PF系列是我司和印花染料，該系列染料具有很高的溶解度、固色率和提升率，以及極佳和色牢度。印花色漿穩(wěn)定性好，寬容性大，顆粒狀超強的溶解性更適合自動調(diào)漿機使用，適合以纖維為主和紡織品印花和連續(xù)染色。
染料印花工藝
當使用錦得麗染料印花量，堿劑一般為小蘇打，印制深色時純堿亦可用作堿劑使用。

一、前處理

為達到最佳印花效果。必須加強織物和前處理。除去殘留在纖維內(nèi)和雜質(zhì)（如油、蠟質(zhì)、果膠和其他助劑），發(fā)免這些雜質(zhì)阻礙活性染料和纖維素纖維和反應或給帶來不良影響。
若棉布經(jīng)光或以不低于22°Be（16%）為濃度的燒堿溶液處理，則織物能獲得最佳的得色量、鮮艷度、勻染性和濕摩擦牢度。可再生纖維素纖維最好在無張力狀態(tài)下以6-8°Be（4-5%）燒堿溶液處理。此外，堿前處理可增強布樣尺寸的穩(wěn)定性，同時也提高了印花后和水洗效果。

二、印花配方

一、儲備漿
400一600克  海澡酸鈉3一12%
50一100克   尿素
40一60克    防染鹽S
1一2克      消泡荊

三、固色
1.汽蒸法8一10分鐘，101一103℃(棉，粘膠)
2.焙烘法5分鐘.150℃(棉)
3.高溫汽蒸法6一8分鐘.175℃(滌/棉)
4.焙烘法1分鐘.190一200℃(滌/棉)

四、水洗(軟水)
浸車l水槽→冷水洗→冷水洗→冷水洗→溫水洗(60-70℃)→熱水洗(95℃)→皂洗(95℃，3g/L 皂洗劑)→一熱水洗（80-90℃）→冷水洗→拱干

1、Pretreatment of the goods

Printing.All impurities in the fibre，lubricants，auxiliaries and processing chemicals that the
printing process must be removed.Maximium colour yield，brilliancy，levelness and wet fastness
properties can only be obtained on cotton if it has been mercerized or at least treated with a caustic
soda solution of at least 220 Be(16%).Regenerated cellulosic fibres should be treated in a
tensionless state with a caustic soda solution of approx. 6一80 Be(4一5%).Alkaline pretreatment
improves additionally dimensional stability and facilitates washing一off of the prints.
