Product introduction:

This product is a new type of highly concentrated cellulase produced by advanced extraction equipment through liquid deep fermentation of thermophilic capsid bacteria. Especially suitable for polishing dyeing one bath process, can also separate polishing treatment.  

 

Product features:

1. Halophilic properties, salt added in the dyeing process can improve the application effect of cellulase; 2. the optimal operating temperature is 60℃, excellent thermal stability performance; 3. Little influence on color; 4. the strength damage is relatively small;

Appearance: brown liquid       Density: 1.1±0.1 g/ml        pH: 4.7~5.2

 

Application technology:

Dosage:  0.1~0.3% (omf ) 

pH:  4.5~7.0     50℃~60℃ X 30-75min

Compatibility: This product has a good compatibility with non-ionic surfactants, wetting agents, dispersants and so on.

Inactivation:  With sodium carbonate, the pH of solution was increased to 9.0-9.5 and the temperature was heated to above 80℃ for at least 20 minutes. Then, the fabric was washed twice.
