Kingdery PF series dyes have high solubility, solid rate and solidity, excellent color fastness. Printing color paste good stability, tolerance, granular super solubility is more suitable for automatic pulping machine, suitable for fiber and textile printing and continuous dyeing.
Dye printing process
When using Kingdery dye printing quantity, alkali agent is generally baking soda, soda can be used as alkali agent when printing dark color.
1.Pretreatment of the goods
Careful pretreatment of the woven or knitted fabric is essential to ensure optimum results in reactive
Printing.All impurities in the fibre,lubricants,auxiliaries and processing chemicals that the
printing process must be removed.Maximium colour yield,brilliancy,levelness and wet fastness
properties can only be obtained on cotton if it has been mercerized or at least treated with a caustic
soda solution of at least 220 Be(16%).Regenerated cellulosic fibres should be treated in a
tensionless state with a caustic soda solution of approx. 6一80 Be(4一5%).Alkaline pretreatment
improves additionally dimensional stability and facilitates washing一off of the prints.
